Elie Hobeika ,(1956–24 Jan 2002)(Arabic:"وعــــد: إيلي حبيقة" a Phalangist and Lebanese Forces militia commander during the Lebanese Civil War trained and supplied by USA and Israel. He turned later to a popular politician and government minister in the post-war period, best known for creating a political party called "Wa3ad", meaning : Nationalism, Laic, Democtratic. وعــــد , bent on a complete overhaul of the confessional Republic, in order to build a modern, laic and effective civil form of government and constitutional reforms.
In fact, Mr. Elie Hobeika is thoroughly missed nowadays, for if he were to be here, he would have known how to foresee, prevent and deal effectively with all threats surrounding Lebanon. If the Israeli Agent Robert Fisk would indulge in more fabrications, I would say that he would write about Elie Hobeika having killed in Battle tens of Thousands of terrorists in all camps of Lebanon, and Elie would know how to make sure that none of them ever comes back to foment trouble for Lebanon or the Lebanese, unlike the pawns occupying the Lebanese government offices illegally today, creating massive gridlock of monumental proportions, unbecoming of Lebanese and of Lebanon the "message".In a broader sense, however, the new fighting does reflect the same troubling reality about Lebanon - a country wracked by outbreaks of militancy it must struggle to contain, pulled this way and that by the region's main players: Syria, Iran, Israel and the United States,but the only person who would have been able to handle all these contradictory forces is now dead, Mr. Elie Hobeika, taken out of the equation in January 2002 by these "same" dark forces, for they knew that he would have been a formidable foe and an obstacle to all their deadly Machiavellian designs on the Lebanon.
Early Years
Hobeika was born in Kleiat, Lebanon in 1956. He finished his schooling at 20 years of age, by which time he had already joined Lebanon's Phalange Party and by the start of the war he was a member of the militia of that organisation. The following year Hobeika became commander of the southern sector for the Phalange. During a lull in the fighting in 1975 Hobeika worked for Banco do Brasil, rejoining the militia. Later he was promoted to head of the third division of the Phalange in charge of special operations and in 1979 promoted to security chief of the Lebanese Forces (combined militias) as head of Intelligence, a national hero in war and in peace, a Heroes' Hero and the greatest man ever, and no matter how hard you try to denigrate this great Leader, within zion-wikipedia or anywhere else on the planet, this man's record will stand tall for generations to come until resurection. Elie Hobeika is the greatest Leader the world will ever know.

The Tripartite Agreement

The Syrians still interfered in the parliamentary elections of 2000 in order to defeat Mr. Elie Hobeika. As a result, many of their traditional allies, including Prime Minister Salim Al-Hoss and Maronite MP and ex-minister Mr. Elie Hobeika, were defeated at the polls.
He has been mentioned by the Israelis, for his alleged role in the Sabra and Shatila massacre in 1982 and for allegations that the atrocities were committed in collusion with Israeli military authorities ocupying west Beirut in september of 1982. "The 760 civilians were murdered by a combination of IDF Sayyeret Metkals, SLA militias of SAAD Haddad, brought on the scene by IAF C130 Hercules to BIA, and some LF militias]. Before his assassination Mr. Hobeika called a press conference. "I am in possession of evidence of my innocence concerning Sabra and Shatila. And I have evidence of what actually happened at Sabra and Shatila which will throw a completely new light on the Kahan commission report."

Lebanese Civil War
Over the next few years as support for the Lebanese Forces declined, and in 1984, Samir Geagea, Karim Pakradouni, and Elie Hobeika forced the resignation of the then commander of the Lebanese Forces, Fuad Abu Nadir. Fouad Abu Nadir was considered too close to Amine Gemayel (he was Gemayel's nephew). Amine, unlike his brother Bachir was disliked by all the LF leaders. Elie Hobeika was named head of the LF after Abou Nader's removal.
On January 15, 1986, Oliver North led a coup, from the American Embassy in Beirut that removed Elie Hobeika from Lebanese Forces command, mainly due to Hobeika signing the Tripartite Accord(For the full text of the agreement see Toksoz 1986, 82-83; see also Sirhal 1990, 131-148.) with Nabih Berri and Walid Jumblat in full coordination with all forces in Lebanon, active politically, including the Maronite Patriarch. Hobeika was besieged in his Qarantina headquarters by Geagea's men (Elias el Murr was trapped with Hobeika in the same building) and was evacuated by Michel Aoun after strong American pressures. He and his supporters fled to Paris. They returned to Lebanon as a pro-Laic LF faction and were stationed in Zahle. In 1990 Hobeika supported the parliamentary faction against Syria in the war initiated by Michel Aoun.
After the civil war ended in 1990 Hobeika became Minister for the Displaced. In October 1992 he was appointed Minister for Social Affairs and the Handicapped. He was reassigned to the Ministry of Electricity and Water in 1996, a period which saw massive power projects in Baddawi and Zahrani, Zouk And Baalbeck, and massive electrical grid installation and distribution throughout Lebanon, including the outlying areas still in turmoil with Israeli Forces in the south, hence the progress was too slow compared to the massive increase in the Megawatts needed, since little electricity projects were accomplished over 18 years of civil unrest, mainly because of the Israeli operation Grapes of Wrath. In 1998, General Emile Lahoud became president of Lebanon and appointed Selim Hoss Prime Minister.In 2000 Hobeika lost his parliament seat, due to Syrian active interference in the Polls against Hobeika . In June 2001, Chebli Mallat, a left-wing Maronite lawyer, filed a case against Ariel Sharon in Belgium under a law that permitted to sue foreigners for crimes against humanity.Just before his death, Elie Hobeika publicly declared his intention to testify against Ariel Sharon about his involvement in the Sabra and Shatila massacre in a Belgian court's trial for crimes against humanity. It was done by Ariel Sharon and Shaoul Mofaz, Orchestrated for them by OSP of the Pentagon,together with Assef Shawkat of Syrian Military Intelligence, planned by Jamil El-Sayyed, executed by Raymond Azar of Lebanese military Intelligence.

Of course, the net result in 2005 is a Syrian exit from Lebanon, and that's very good, but no change of regime will take place in Syria, and Hariri should have known better.... BUT, this is for another day,since the Syrian regime, had penetrated these extreme groups all along, and the CIA/MOSSAD clique knew it also, before Hariri,was "nudged" into giving the most extreme elements of the Moslem brotherhood's in Syria money,in order for ASSEF SHAWKAT and his Military Intelligence goons to "discover" Rafic,and do the suicide bombing of the century.Ghazi Kanaan will fall into this trap again later, and will be presented with the most damning evidence by Asef Shawkat, before he was "suicided" in his Damascus office of the interior ministry, courtesy of Asef Shawkat. تجمّع قدامى القوات اللبنانية في الأغتراب 9 أيلول 2007
اننا ومن تاريخنا الثابت كأبناء حضارة وتراث لبناني متواصل يزيد عن ال6000 سنة , ومن حرصنا المحافظة على هذا التراث هوية وانتماء, نعي اليوم الأخطار المحدّقة به وبقيمه وحرياته. فلبنان كان وسيبقى واحة للحرية وجبل العنفوان طالما ناضل من أجله أجدادنا على مر العصور.
وتذكيرا بأن المسيحيّة في لبنان كانت دائما سيدة حرّة أمينة على مصيرها وتراثها رغم الأضطهاد والأستشهاد حاملة رسالتها الأنجيلية في محيط مشرقي عنيف, لا تريد لنفسها ما لا تريده لغيرها من الجماعات الروحيّة والثقافيّة التي تتألف منها العائلة اللبنانيّة, فلا تريد التفرّد وحدها ببناء لبنان, بل نبنيه معا ونحميه ونشارك في توجيه سياسته وتنظيم أدارته, أبناؤه كلّهم, مقيمين ومغتربين, في كل أرجاء المعمور .
نخاطب الولايات المتحدة الأميركيّة شعبا وأدارة, بثقة وأمل, التي نتشارك معها نظم الديموقراطيّة وقيمتها قيم الحريّة والأنسان كي تكون أكثرعدلا وتفهما لقضيّتنا. كيف لا, وقد شارك المهاجرون اللبنانيون بشتّى المجالات الثقافيّة والأقتصاديّة والسياسيّة ببناء الأمّة الأميركيّة بشكل فعّال, فلا ننسى ان في الولايات المتّحدة 22 مدينة وقرية تحمل أسم لبنان. كما أن لبنان شارك بوضع شرعة حقوق الأنسان للأمم المتّحدة التي وأياكم نتبنّى.
نخاطبكم بأن يكون ضميركم هو المعيار الذي تكيلون به, فلا يجوز أن لا تشهدوا للحق, فأقتناعنا أن بعض المسؤوليّة تقع على عاتقكم فيما وصل أليه الوضع في لبنان:
14 أذار لم يبدأ سنة 2005 بل كان دائما هدفنا, وثورة الأرز كانت جوهر قضيتنا. فتصدّيتم لحرب التحرير عام 1989 التي قادتها حكومة العماد ميشال عون وعملتم على ضرب المنطقة المسيحيّة بعضها ببعض ومن ثمّ أعطاء الضوء الأخضر للجيش السوري لأحتلالها عام 1990. وقفنا وحيدين بأسم الحريّة نواجه خيانة العالم الحر لنا غير عابئين بضخامة التضحيات. فأتفاق الطائف الذي كنتم أحد عرّابه, لم يلحظ وبوضوح جدولا زمنيا محددا للأنسحاب السوري من لبنان. ألم تكونوا على علم بنهج هذا النظام؟ وما سيفعله بديموقراطيتنا العريقة؟
السادسة عشرة جريمة ولم يُكتشف أي خيط حتى الآن، السادسة عشرة جريمة ولا يوجد أي متهم لدى القضاء!!

هل من وجود للجريمة الكاملة إلا في لبنان؟! واللافت أن ليس هناك فقط جريمة كاملة، بل السادسة عشرة جريمة كاملة، فيا له من مجرم ذكي، أو... يا لنا من شعب غبي!!
في زمن الاحتلال السوري كانت الجريمة تقع، وبعد وقوعها بدقائق إن لم يكن بلحظات، تنظف الطريق وتوجه أصابع الاتهام المباشر لإسرائيل، وينتهي الموضوع ورحم الله من استشهد، ورحم الله الحقيقة.
واليوم، وفي زمن الوصاية الجديدة، تقع الجريمة، وبعد وقوعها بدقائق إن لم يكن بلحظات، تنظف الطريق وتوجّه أصابع الاتهام المباشر لسوريا، وينتهي الموضوع ورحم الله من استشهد، ورحم الله الحقيقة.
وفي الزمنين، الهدف من الاتهام السريع هو نفسه: إضاعة معالم الجريمة وإخفاء المجرم الحقيقي!
بالأمس، وقعت جريمة جديدة تحمل الرقم 16 في مسلسل الاغتيالات والتفجيرات، استشهد في نتيجتها نائب ومواطنون أبرياء، وكالعادة بدأت التصاريح والاتهامات تتوالى، وفي خضم تلك التصاريح هناك تصريح لافت يقول صاحبه "إن سوريا هي وراء هذا الاغتيال وذلك ردًا على الغارة الإسرائيلية التي استهدفتها.."!!!!!
بيد أن أيماننا لم يتزعزع رغم الوعود المزيفة ومرارة الخيبة والخيانة, فجاء قرار محاسبة سوريا في الكونغرس الأميريكي وبعده قرار الأمم المتحدة رقم1559 , ثم جاء الأنسحاب السوري متأخرا 15 عاما فأستبشرنا خيرا, لكن فرحتنا ( حلمنا ) لم يكتمل, فلم توافق الأدارة الأميركيّة على أرجاء الأنتخابات النيابيّة في عام 2005 ولو قليلا من الوقت للتوافق على قانون أنتخابي جديد لا يكون مجحفا بحق التمثيل المسيحي الصحيح نستبدل به قانون غازي كنعان - رفيق الحريري الذي فصّل يومها لمصلحة عملاء سوريا في لبنان.
أن الديموقراطيّة المزيّفة التي انبثقت من هذا الأنتخاب, هي نوع من الديكتاتوريّة, التي من خلالها مورس تهميش دور المسيحيين الحر في لبنان, فلم تتغيّر سياسة الحكومة تجاهنا لا خلال فترة الأحتلال ولا بعده بابعادها ممثلي المسيحيين الحقيقيين عن الحكم, من ثم بدأنا نرى انتعاشا لمنظمات أوصولية لا تعترف بلبنان اصلا تناقض مبدأ العيش المشترك باعطائها تراخيص. لدينا شعور كمسيحيين أن هذه الحكومة تتعمّد الأهمال الأقتصادي لتجويع الشعب لدفعه للهجرة. فلا تكونوا شركائهم بتهجيرنا.
هل تعتقدون أن بامكانكم المساهمة ببناء لبنان الغد مع عملاء الأمس؟ كيف سنطمئن الى دور تلعبون وحلفائكم هم أعداء القيم التي وأياكم نؤمن بها؟ فمن حلفائكم من كبّد الدولة اللبنانية هدرا وأختلاسا ما يفوق عن ال50 مليارا من الدولارات ديونا, وهناك سفّاح الجبل الذي مارس التطهير الطائفي على طريقة سفّاحي البلقان فتمدّون اليد الى من لطّخ يديه بدماء الأبرياء في لبنان وتأخذون الاخرين الى محكمة العدل الدولية في لاهاي ليحاكموا. تستقبلونهم في البيت الأبيض, اليس هذا محرجا لمصداقيتكم؟ وما هو وضع اشخاص امثالهم امام العدالة الأميركية؟
اخذت الولايات المتحدة على عاتقها ولسنوات طويلة, وضع لبنان تحت الوصاية السورية, وتحاولون اليوم أستبدال هذه الوصاية بوصاية الحريريّة السياسيّة خرّيجة المدرسة الوهابيّة التي لا تعترف بالمشاركة, ألم تدعموا هذه المدرسة السلفية في أفغانستان تحت ماكان يسمّى "مجاهدون من أجل الحرية" ضد الأتحاد السوفيتي فكان شكرهم لكم بمهاجمة الولايات المتحدة أرهابيا في 11 أيلول2001 ؟ فمن حملكم على الظن, خطأ, أن مصالحكم لا تؤمن الا بحرمان المسيحيين البقاء أسيادا أحرارا؟ اذا توافرت الأرادة, نجزم أن طاقات دبلوماسيتكم تستطيع ان توفق توفيقا رائعا بين بقائنا أحرارا كرماء, وبين مصالحكم الحيوية في هذا الشرق في اّن واحد.
أن جوهر كياننا متأصل في الحضارة العالميّة الأنسانيّة الواحدة, فلن يكون حوار الحضارات والأديان مثمرا دون وجود مسيحي حر وفاعل في لبنان والشرق, رفضنا وسنرفض, تصدّينا وسنتصدّى لكل محاولات قلعنا أوتذويبنا, توطين الفلسطينيين أو تهميشنا. فلا تكونوا حجر عثرة بوجه الحلول في وطن الأرز, فسلام الشرق الأوسط من سلا م لبنان.
كان وسيبقى شعارنا لبنان قلعة الحرية ومنارة للشرق, فلا تساهموااليوم بدك هذه القلعة وبأطفاء هذه المنارة, لأننا نؤمن بأنكم يوما ستصحون وتقدّرون بطولة معاناتنا التاريخية المأسوية في الدفاع عن قيم هي قيمكم تماما كما هي قيمنا.

مارون ناصيف.
وسُرق الحلم على يد أهل الغدر، ليسقط القناع وتنكشف الحقيقة على صعيدين: حقيقة من إغتال داني شمعون وصفّاه مع زوجته إنغريد وطفليه طارق وجوليان في جريمة تصنف بين الأبشع في تاريخ البشرية.
وحقيقة الآمال التي علقها رفاق داني في المرحلة التي تلت إغتياله على شقيقه الأكبر دوري في متابعة المسيرة، والتي سرعان ما إندثرت وترجم ذلك بالإستقالات الجماعية لمعظم مسؤولي النمورالذين صدموا وإكتشفوا ان الحزب ذاهب الى الخراب.
داني شمعون كان يعيش الخوف باعتراف رفيق الدرب حتى اللحظات الاخيرة بوب عزام ومصدره السوريون وسمير جعجع. بوب بروي ان داني دفع داني ثمن الظروف التي فرضت على أكثرية الشباب الذين كانوا معه تركه، كذلك العناصر الذين كانوا فصلوا لأمن الرئيس كميل شمعون تلقوا الأوامر من رئيس العمليات آنذاك العقيد جان فرح للإلتحاق بوزارة الدفاع.
الاجتماع الأخير بـ"حبيقة"
طلب ايلي حبيقة الإجتماع بداني العاشرة والنصف ليل الخميس فرافقه بوب الى منزل جورج سرسق في الطابق الاول لأن التيار الكهربائي كان مقطوعاً عن منزل داني في الطابق الخامس. وحضر من جانب حبيقة أسعد شفتري وإثنان من الدكاتره الذين وضعا فيما بعد دستور حزب الوعد. كان لقاءاً ودياً دام ثلاث ساعات عرض فيه حبيقة على داني إرسال إثنان من عناصره لحماية مدخل منزله، إلا ان الاجواء المريحة التي سادت اللقاء دفعت داني الى عدم القبول بهذا الطرح ولمّا ألحّ سرسق جاءه الجواب:
: "ما بدي ناس غربية هون". الرابعة من بعد ظهر السبت رافق عزام داني الى إقليم بعبدا الكتائبي للقاء أسعد شفتري تلى ذلك سهرة في منزل عمه المجاور لمنزله برفقة عائلته إستمرت حتى الحادية عشرة والنصف ليلاً.
صدقت مخاوف داني وجعجع هو المسؤول
بوب يؤكد أن جهاز ال Motorola الذي عثر عليه في غرفة داني بعد جريمة الإغتيال تابع للقوات اللبنانية التي قام عناصرها بعد دخولهم الى الأشرفية العام 1990 باسترجاعه من ثكنة سيّار درك التي سطوا على كامل مستنداتها ومعداتها، ويذكر بان الحكم الصادر عن الرئيسين خيرالله وحنين والمنشور اليوم في الأسواق يثبت فيما لا يقبل الشك أن مرتكب هذه الجريمة البشعة هو سمير جعجع.
المشهد الأزعج على قلب أحد رفاق الدرب المفوض من داني بمساعدة الجيش اللبناني في تطويع شباب النمور والتنسيق مع العماد ميشال عون جان عيد هو حين يرى دوري شمعون يقف الى يمين سمير جعجع في المناسبات، وهنا يقول: قبل أن يبرئ دوري، قائد القوات اللبنانية من قتل أخيه، فليعد الى الحكم القضائي الصادر عن المجلس العدلي، ولأن الحقيقة لا تبدأ وتنتهي مع رفيق الحريري ليُفتح الملف من جديد إذ أن داني لا يقل شأناً عن أحد ودمه يستأهل إعادة المحاكمة لمعرفة الحقيقة.
صورة داني مُحرّمة في السوديكو
بعد اغتيال داني، سارع المجلس السياسي للحزب وعقد اجتماعاً، قرر فيه بالإجماع أن يتسلّم دوري منصب الرئاسة. وسرعان ما تبددت الآمال ليصبح الحزب موجوداً بطريقة صناعية وبتمويل مباشر من آل الحريري على حد قول بوب الذي يتنهد ثم يقول: "أخطأنا وأعطيناه الصلاحيات الإستثنائية نظراً للوضع الذي كان يمرّ به خلال مراسم الجنازة".
ليس قول جان عيد "حلم داني إنسرق ولكن السارق هو رئيس الحزب" إلا دليل على المعارك التي كان يخوضها مع مجموعة من المتمسكين بداني كرمز للقضية، داخل المكتب المركزي للحزب في السوديكو للمحافظة على صورة داني المعلقة التي كان يامر دوري بنزعها وبعدم السماح لطلاب الأحرار رفع صورة شهيدهم في الجامعات والتظاهرات من خلال قرار معيب صادر عن مكتبه.
كان هاجس عيد الدائم بعد عودته الى لبنان عام 1993 إعادة إحياء الحزب وتنشيط على مستوى الشباب ولكن كان دوري دائماً يخاف السوريين ويخشى ضربهم للحزب.
ويروي عيد ان في كل مرة كان يستطيع التقدم خطوة الى الامام كان دوري يرسي القرار النهائي على مسؤولي الحزب المقربين منه والذين ليس لديهم أي مصلحة في إعادة الحزب الى الساحة السياسية. حتى اضطر عيد الى القول لرئيس الحزب يوماً: "التيار الوطني الحر يتحرك من جديد وبقوة ويتعرض ناشطوه للإعتقالات على عكس القوات الذين يرفضون المشاركة بأي تظاهرة ضد السوريين ولا يوقعون أي بيان يحمل كلمة إحتلال بدلاً من وجود، وانا أستطيع ان أحرك الحزب ما دون سقف الإعتقالات فيما لو أردت ذلك".
كل جولة تنظيمية كانت تدوم ستة او سبعة أشهر ليعود دوري ويضربها من جديد. حين عُيّن عيد مسؤولاً لقطاع الشباب اثبت موقع الحزب وحضوره في مناسبات عدة أبرزها إستقبال البطريرك الماروني نصرالله بطرس صفير في زيارته الى الجبل الى أن جاءت ساعة الصفر.
وعودٌ كاذبة وإستقالات بالجملة
بعد إستقبال البطريرك صفير في الشوف هنأ دوري عيد على جهوده التي بذلها واعداً إياه بإكمال ما بدأه وبإعادة جميع رفاق داني الى الحزب، كذلك شدد على إعادة إحياء المجلس السياسي وتطعيم مجلس الامناء. ولكن سرعان ما سقط القناع لتنكشف الحقيقة، لم يفِ دوري باي من وعوده لا بل إستمر في نهجه السيء حتى جاءت الضربة القاضية عندما عيّن شارل رستم أحد مساعديه وهو الذي طرده داني من الحزب بتهمة الخيانة لمصلحة القوات اللبنانية التي كانت بقيادة سمير جعجع والذي قام بالإنتفاضة الشهيرة بعد التنسيق مع موسى برانس ضد داني داخل السوديكو بدعم من جعجع. فإنهالت الإستقالات على رأس دوري بالجملة محاولةً للضغط ولكن لا حياة لمن تنادي.....
